He specializes in Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT procurement and vendor management, helping organizations streamline operations, optimize technology investments, and implement the right hardware and software solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in mechanical piping design and layout, structural engineering, redlining, and high-value project management, Gary Yip brings exceptional technical expertise and leadership to complex industrial and infrastructure projects. His career reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence, precision, and innovation in engineering design and project execution.

Gary has successfully led multidisciplinary teams of over 30 professionals, fostering collaboration and efficiency across engineering and construction disciplines. He has managed and delivered major projects exceeding $150 million in value, consistently meeting or surpassing client expectations for quality, budget, and schedule performance.

A results-driven leader and trusted engineering professional, Gary is dedicated to delivering solutions that enhance performance, optimize design, and ensure long-term project success.

Bryan provides day-to-day IT support and consultancy, focusing on practical, reliable technology solutions that keep operations running smoothly. He contributes to Eyenet’s digital presence through website development, branding, and logo design, ensuring consistency across the company’s platforms. With a hands-on approach and an eye for detail, Bryan helps bridge technical needs with creative execution to support the team’s broader business goals.

As Chairman of the Hock Jiong Enterprise Berhad Group and Heng Ann Enterprise Berhad Group, he oversees diversified operations supported by more than 2,000 shareholders.

He has delivered high-value development and construction projects exceeding RM400 million through leadership roles in property development companies—demonstrating strong business growth and execution capabilities.

Mr. Eddie Low holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA in Global Business, providing solid analytical and strategic foundations.
